Qualicum Landing Wins GOLD! - Best Environmental Achievement Award.
While we created the vision for Qualicum Landing, we immediately recognized
we needed to be good stewards to this rare piece of waterfront. During the
2011 CARE awards in Victoria, out efforts were recognized by the judges,
winning the prestigious GOLD award for best environmental achievement.
Working with Palladian Homes helped us achieve this goal. Palladian was one
of BC's first "Built Green Approved Builders". Their commitment to the
environment and the community within exceed standards. We are very proud to
have chosen them as our preferred builder.

1stAnnual Pool Party on August 20th was a great success!
Many current and future owners met for the first time. Lots of excitement around the opening of the clubhouse and all the new changes taking place on site.
