Qualicum Landing Takes the 2013 Georgie Awards!
Saturday February 23rd Qualicum Landing & Palladian Homes attended the 21st annual Georgie Awards held at the Vancouver Convention Center. The community had been nominated for four Georgie’s and were floored when they took home the most coveted award available...The Grand Georgie for Best Residential Community of the Year 2012!
Up against some of BC’s top competition, the entire table leaped up with a cheer when the name Qualicum Landing was called. Palladian Developments, the builder for Qualicum Landing put an incredible amount of effort presenting at these awards, Chris Cross, owner of Palladian had this to say about the win:
“There’s a lot of building activity that happens on Vancouver Island, it’s very high quality but we don’t receive a lot of industry recognition. For us to be able to represent this community to our peers, as well as all of the amazing work happening on Vancouver Island is a great feeling indeed”
Qualicum Landing walked away Saturday night with a win in every category they were nominated for.

1stAnnual Pool Party on August 20th was a great success!
Many current and future owners met for the first time. Lots of excitement around the opening of the clubhouse and all the new changes taking place on site.
"What a difference a year makes!" was the common thought.
We have had a very busy week here on site.
The pool and Jacuzzis are now complete and we are awaiting final inspections.
