What is Selection Day?
Selection Day has proven to be an effective way for our buyers to choose the home they want in the location they want and secure their priority position. Allowing them time to research our development, tour our community and ultimately make an informed decision at their leisure without losing their preferred lot choice. Selection Day also offers special pricing on select homes...but you must register to take advantage of these savings.

To register for Selection Day you will need to choose your preferred floor plan and lot choice. You may view all available house plans below. Once you have decided what floor plan suite your needs best, please click on the tab associated with that floor plan. *You can change your floor plan and lot choice without losing your priority sequence.

To choose your preferred lot choice, please view the availability map by clicking HERE or below. All floor plans are color coded. Please make sure the floor plan you have chosen is available on the lot you have selected.

You may enter up to three choices.

Once you have registered for Selection Day, your top three choices will be placed in priority sequence. If you decide to change your choices after you have registered for Selection Day, you will not lose your priority sequence.
