Managing Partners

David Steele and Pat Delesalle drive the bold vision for Qualicum Landing. David brings over 17 years experience in real estate development. He has directed the sales of over 85 projects in Canada and the Western United States, helping home owners purchase over 1.6 billion dollars in both primary and investment properties. Pat Delesalle started his career in the lumber industry and owned "Lumberland B.C" with his brother and business partner Tim until 1997. Pat is very active in local sports and is one of the owners of the Burnaby Express Junior A hockey team. A great wilderness enthusiast, Pat is also a shareholder in the Queen Charlotte fishing lodge on Graham Island in the heart of the Charlottes. Together, their passion for building a responsible, sustainable community is evident from their selection of this pristine parcel of land and the active green principles that govern the many decisions that come together to form this beachside community.

Project Manager

Prior to starting James Alexander Construction Ltd., James A. Ferrie worked as a project manager for CSA Building Sciences which is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in building envelope work. In 1995, James incorporated James Alexander Construction Ltd. of which he is the president and sole owner. JAC specializes in general contracting and project management. His clients include municipalities throughout British Columbia, the Provincial Government of BC, the Royal Bank, Canada Safeway, Costco and the Queen Charlotte Fishing Lodge. James will be overseeing all aspects of construction, site services and infrastructure. His excellent customer service record and extensive experience is a perfect fit for the Qualicum Landing team.

Architecture

The architecture is led by Vancouver Island based designer John Larsen of CA Design. Innovative and dynamic, CA Design is committed to the seamless integration of homes with their environment. All design elements have been thoughtfully designed to conserve energy and utilize environmentally friendly products and finishes.

The Builder

Palladian Developments Inc. is owned by Doug Bromage and Chris Cross. Chris has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Starting from the ground up has provided Chris with an intimate knowledge of the construction process. Chris is active in the community and is a major sponsor of the Vancouver Island Raiders football team, the Palladian Pirates softball team and Vancouver Island University's Carpentry Program. Doug Bromage has an architectural background and uses his exceptional talent to create stunning designs. Doug leads the in-house design team, providing unique design solutions to virtually any challenge. Doug recognized the need for environmentally friendly design and building methods early on and ensured that Palladian was one of the first certified Built Green builders on the Island. Doug and Chris know it is not just about the job, it's about the people, the community and the environment. They believe in treating people as they would be treated and are proud to have core values for Palladian that encompass integrity, customer service, trust and honesty. The combination of Chris's hands on experience and Doug's creative talent has led Palladian Developments Inc., to win an astounding 15 Silver C.A.R.E. awards and 3 Gold C.A.R.E. awards in 2007 and 2008.

Anna DiFiore and Ann Hickey oversee the direction of the Sales and Marketing for Qualicum Landing. Both Anna and Ann have worked with David Steele on several projects in the past and are dedicated to only the best real estate developments available.
