We have just left our beach home after spending our first weekend. We did not want to leave. Thank you Jim, Carmen, Ann and Anna of the Qualicum Landing Team and everyone with the Palladian Team for building us our beautiful home. The design is perfect for our family and needs. From the sales period to moving in, the process was easy and inclusive. We were given opportunities to add our own personality and the finished product is everything we wanted and more.

There is continued excitement as we see the rest of the Qualicum Landing community unfold. We are looking forward to spending extended time here for years to come.

I fell in love with the Qualicum Landing property the first time I set foot on it and that was before the shovels hit the ground!! I decided on the Seymour design and my house is scheduled to be complete in the summer of 2011.

The beauty of the location and my confidence in Dave Steele's success with property were my top reasons for making the decision to buy. I know that this is an excellent investment.

Renting the house for most of the year and keeping a few weeks to enjoy it myself form part of the plan. My dream is to use it more often when I retire. The artist in me loves the view of mountains and water as well as the soul filling tranquility of the location. The sailor in me loves to be on the water drinking in the ever changing winds and waves. The Financial Planner part of me has total confidence in the value of this property, now and in the future. The grandmother part of me just can't wait to have my family around me in this wonderful, welcoming home.

When I visit the site and see all of the activity of the men and equipment working, and houses rising up out of the ground, I get more excited about the project. I have experience in designing and building my own home in Ontario. I was involved in the creation of a subdivision of Victorian Reproduction homes, so I recognize the good craftsmanship going into my future home. Dave's designers have added the details and touches that bring this neighbourhood up several notches from the ordinary. I'm very happy that I bought a house in Qualicum Landing!!

Having had properties in Vancouver, Kelowna & Fairwinds, Nanaimo, we were thrilled to come across this beautiful waterfront property. We've always liked Qualicum and now as retirees, we are ready to make a break from busy cities for a little peace & tranquility. A bonus for us was knowing one of the developers for over 40 years. We feel very confident in our purchase.

We have found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful. The information meetings have been great & thank you very much for our lovely basket!

For some time, my wife and I have been thinking that we would like to provide our children with something which we could all enjoy as a family now and they could continue to enjoy when we are both gone. We had been looking for some time and once we set foot on the raw Qualicum Landing ocean front we both felt this feeling of serenity that we had been seeking. When we found out that the manager of construction – Jim Ferrie, was the son of our friend Ann Graham, we were even more pleased.
